Moms expose library’s shocking ‘Youth Pride’ event: homosexuality, transgenderism, drag queens

July 4, 2019 (Mass Resistance) – Have you ever wondered what REALLY goes on at “gay” high school and middle school clubs and other “youth pride” programs for schoolchildren? We’re constantly told that it’s all about tolerance, anti-bullying, “AIDS education,” and especially feeling “safe.” We’re told that we must trust the adults running these events – who are unsupervised and lacking background checks. Virtually all of these programs take place at schools or offsite locations where parents (and the public) are easily excluded.

The short answer is: It’s a nightmare – and it’s anything but “safe” for children!

‘Teen Pride’ event planned at a public library

But on Saturday, June 22, the local LGBT groups in Renton, Washington scheduled a “Teen Pride” event at the local public library.

In early June when some parents in Renton first noticed the library promotion for the “Teen Pride” event, they were very worried. Among other things, it advertised “safer sex presentations” and a “drag show,” as well as an introduction for kids to local LGBT organizations. They also were shocked that it was advertised for “teens and tweens.” This can include children as young as nine years old and as old as 19.

Of course, there’s no way this was “designed by teens.” It’s all adult driven.

The parents contacted MassResistance for help, and our Washington MassResistance chapter got right to work. The parents first wanted to protest the event. But instead, we told them that the best thing would be to get inside and take photos and video of what happens. They agreed, and we worked with them on planning for that.

In the days leading up to June 22, as word of the event spread, there arose a big pro-family push to force the library to cancel it. In particular, The Activist Mommy Elizabeth Johnston asked her thousands of followers to call and email the library – resulting in a flood of phone calls. But the library refused to relent.

Instead, one of the library employees contacted the Antifa chapter in Seattle and urged them to take action against the local parents opposing it. We’ve already seen that Antifa makes it a point to attack parents who protest Drag Queen Story Hours. Maybe it reflects their own dysfunctional backgrounds, but individual Antifa activists seem very obsessed with protecting those who push homosexuality and other kinds of deviant behavior on children.

Boston Marathon allows male ‘transgender’ runners to compete as women

BOSTON, Massachusetts, April 9, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – The annual Boston Marathon begins on Monday, April 16, but this year the event comes with a dose of transgender politics.

At least five men who openly identify as women are slated to compete next week, and will be recognized under their “gender identity” rather than their biological sex, the Associated Press reports.

“We take people at their word. We register people as they specify themselves to be,” Boston Athletic Association head Tom Grilk said. “Members of the LGBT community have had a lot to deal with over the years, and we’d rather not add to that burden.” He added that there was little debate over the decision within the organization.

The Boston Athletic Association clarified to NPR that while this is how the marathon will operate in practice, it has no written policy that specifically addresses transgendered runners.

“We don’t require that runners outline their gender identity history with us, so we can’t say for certain how many trans runners are in our race,” it said in a statement. “We do know that we have had several transgender runners in the past.”

The marathon will require registrants to provide a government-issued ID, which it compares to their “qualification-associated gender description,” but suggested that they will err on the side of deferring to transgender runners in case of potential conflicts. “Should such a situation arise, we would make every effort to address it in a manner intended to be fair to all concerned, with a strong emphasis on inclusion,” the BAA said.

The issue came to the fore after a March 30 article in Canadian Running magazine sparked debate by highlighting Amelia Gapin, Grace Fisher, and Stevie Romer, three men identifying as women who qualified to compete in this year’s event.

Gapin, who has undergone sex-reassignment surgery, says that taking testosterone blockers during “her” transition had a negative impact on her speed for which she had to compensate through years of training, undermining the argument that trans “women” have an unfair advantage over biological women. Dr. Alex Keuroghlian of the pro-LGBT Fenway Institute calls the argument that there’s any “physiologic advantage to being assigned male at birth” a “myth.”

However, Washington University School of Medicine endocrinologist Dr. Paul Hruztold Fox News’ Laura Ingraham in August that hormones were just one of several biological factors that do influence athletic differences between the sexes.

“The study of individuals that have had artificial manipulation of their hormone levels — and how that influences, long term, their performance in athletics and other areas — really is largely unknown, and that includes the imprinting that occurs at the genetic level in every cell and every tissue in the body,” Dr. Hruz said. “And many of these changes are not accounted for by the hormones alone.”

During the segment, they discussed the International Olympic Committee’s decision to allow men identifying as women to compete against women in the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea, provided their testosterone levels remained within certain parameters. Dr. Hruz called the decision’s logic “questionable,” because “there are many other components of being a man or a woman. And so, if you take a male and you suppress their testosterone and give them estrogen, they really, from a biological standpoint … are still … feminized males rather than true females.”

Boston’s is not the only marathon to recognize transgender runners’ preferred “gender identities”; the AP notes that Chicago, London, Los Angeles, and New York City marathon organizers have made similar decisions, using similar logic.

Chicago Marathon executive race director Carey Pinkowski said their event would not require “legal or medical records or anything along those lines,” because they wanted to be “inclusive and sensitive” to all participants.

Transgender Athletes In New Jersey Don’t Have To Prove Gender Anymore

Biology Denying wave spreading

High school athletes in New Jersey don’t have to prove their gender anymore, according to new policies approved by the state’s athletic association on Wednesday.

The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association okayed the new policy that allows transgender student athletes to participate without any official documentation or doctor’s notice of their gender identity, according to HS Live. The athletes can participate in sports that correspondent with their gender identify.

The policy states that the student cannot change genders mid-season.

“The last year or so we’ve gotten some requests from the transgender community to make some tweaks,” the state’s atheletic association’s attorney Steve Goodell said. “They didn’t like the idea of someone having to prove the transgender status. They really made a convincing case that this is not something the students are making up to try to game the system.”

“It’s a national issue,” the athletic association’s Executive Director Steve Timko said. “It’s not just a Jersey issue. It’s something that’s come on with the times, and I think we’ve been very good about keeping up with what’s happening now versus the way it was five or 10 years ago.”

The policy update comes after New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, a Republican, signed a state law in July requiring schools to allow students to use the bathroom or locker room corresponds with gender identity, or provide reasonable accommodations for transgender students.

“We wanted to get ahead of this and not wait for the (state) Department of Education,” Goodell said.

Goodell isn’t worried that students will abusing the new policy. Changing gender is “a life decision,” Goodell said. “That’s not just a flippant decision they might make because they’re better in one sport than another.”

Less than half a percent of adults in New Jersey identify as transgender, according to a 2016 study by the Williams Institute on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law and Public Policy.

The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association did not respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

The athletic association also has a new policy that will let New Jersey high school teams use drones during regular season games to take pictures and videos as long as both schools agree. The footage must be made available to both the visiting and home teams shortly thereafter.
