Chicago teen shoots a suspected sex predator, a cross dressing man, 37, after finding out he poses a woman, smiles during court appearance

An 18-year-old high school student, who is suspected of fatally shooting his date after learning she was transgender, grinned as the prosecution described the heinous act in court.

Am I to understand that an 18-year old man was raped by a 37 year old man? Even if there was no penetrative sex, he likely engaged in sexual behavior NOT KNOWING the actual sex of his sexual partner. That is non consensual sex. That is sexual assault.
