US Attorney opens investigation into Clinton Foundation

US Attorney John Durham has opened a separate investigation into the FBI’s previous handling of the investigation of possible corruption in the Clinton Foundation.

Supporters of President Trump, who believe that the investigations into his alleged foreign collusion with Russia were politically motivated, are hopeful that Durham’s investigation will show that the Russian collusion investigation was intended to sabotage Trump’s campaign and his ensuing presidency.

This review into the investigation is part of an ongoing effort on Durham’s part to get to the bottom of what went on in the Trump-Russia collusion investigations that ended up finding no collusion.

According to The New York Times, The US Attorney “has sought documents and interviews about how federal law enforcement officials handled an investigation … into allegations of political corruption,” and that “Durham’s team members have suggested to others that they are comparing the two investigations.” However, “it was not clear whether Mr. Durham’s investigators were similarly looking for violations in the Clinton Foundation investigation.”

Allegations against the Clinton Foundation have been circulating over the past several years. Peter Schweizer wrote a book about the foundation in 2015, in his qualification as president of the Government Accountability institute, called Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich.

Even if Amy Barrett is confirmed to SCOTUS, she’s still a statist who promotes forced vaccinations and indefinite lockdowns

Conservatives are clamoring online, hoping that President Trump nominates Judge Amy Coney Barrett to be the next Supreme Court Justice of the United States. As conservatives rush to nominate a Supreme Court Justice before the 2020 election, they may get the opposite of what they really want. Republicans are on the verge of electing one of the most egregious authoritarians, a woman who has a track record of defending the power of the state over the freedom of the individual.

Conservative darling Amy Barrett is for indefinite lock downs, forced vaccination

In order to get approval from conservatives, a Supreme Court candidate merely has to espouse disdain for one case, Roe vs Wade. This was the infamous ruling that led to modern day infanticide – unchecked, taxpayer funded abortions that conscript medical professionals to terminate human life from the womb.

While this case is important, what about all the other court opinions that have led to human abuses? In 2020, Judge Barret sided on behalf of J.B. Pritzker, Governor of Illinois — giving him supreme authority to lock down the state for as long as he pleases. Judge Barrett gave in to the authoritarian left by hiding behind a 1905 ruling in Jacobsen v. Massachusetts. This ruling gave local Massachusetts authorities free reign to vaccinate and re-vaccinate every adult in their jurisdiction and fine those who did not comply.

Jacobsen v. Massachusetts (1905): “The board of health of a city or town if, in its opinion, it is necessary for the public health or safety shall require and enforce the vaccination and re-vaccination of all the inhabitants thereof and shall provide them with the means of free vaccination. Whoever, being over twenty-one years of age and not under guardianship, refuses or neglects to comply with such requirement shall forfeit five dollars.”

Barrett is prone to side with the state in all matters of public health hysteria, disregarding individual liberty, medical privacy, informed consent and human rights. She concurred with the majority in Illinois Republican Party et al. v. J.B. Pritzker, Governor of Illinois and agreed to hold down the people of Illinois through indefinite, illegal lockdowns and economic restrictions. If nominated, Barret would continue to allow Democrats to rip up the Constitution under the guise of safety and protecting the “greater good.” If nominated, Barrett would ultimately rule in favor of compulsory vaccination, giving government the power to force experimental covid-19 injections, faulty flu vaccines, and all other pharmaceutical products that are promoted as one-size-fits-all “public health” solutions.

Judge Barrett would allow governors to restrict religious freedom

Furthermore, it seems that Barrett would restrict religious liberty. In Illinois Republican Party et al. v. J.B. Pritzker, Governor of Illinois, she concurred that the governor “was not compelled to make a special dispensation for religious activities.” She agreed that the First Amendment Free Speech Clause did not prevent him from controlling religious exercise. “As in the cases reconciling the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses, all that the Governor did was to limit to a certain degree the burden on religious exercise that [the governor’s executive order] imposed.”

Pennsylvania District Judge William S. Stickman refuses to hide behind the fragile precedent that continues to mock the original intent of the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution. Judge Stickman stood against the human rights abuses that followed the 1905 Jacobsen v. Massachusetts compulsory vaccination ruling. He ruled against Pennsylvania’s illegal lock down in 2020 and wrote, “Jacobson was decided over a century ago. Since that time, there has been substantial development of federal constitutional law in the area of civil liberties… That century of development has seen the creation of tiered levels of scrutiny for constitutional claims. They did not exist when Jacobson was decided. […]”

Just because Barrett worked as clerk for former Justice Antonin Scalia, does not automatically make her an honorable originalist who can interpret the law by following the Constitution. Her track record, especially during 2020, proves the opposite to be true.

More current polio cases have been caused by vaccines than the wild virus: WHO report

There are now more people who have contracted polio through vaccines than the wild virus itself.

The World Health Organization (WHO) published a report last week, which recorded nine new polio cases that were caused by the vaccines in four African countries in Nigeria, Central African Republic, Angola and the Congo.

A total of 16 countries have had similar outbreaks. That includes cases in other African counties, and in Asia in places such as the Philippines, China, Myanmar. It’s risen the count of polio cases caused by vaccines to 157.

Afghanistan and Pakistan, the two countries where polio continues to be endemic, have a reported 107 cases of wild polio.

According to the Associated Press, all the current cases where people have contracted polio through the vaccine, have been caused by a Type 2 virus, whose wild form has been eliminated since 2015.
Last week, donours pledged $2.6 billion to combat polio, but the process of eradication started in 1988.

Following the eradication process, the live oral vaccine was created. WHO and other organizations have relied on oral polio vaccines, which requires two drops per dose, because they are less expensive and can be easily administered. Western countries are known to use a more expensive injectable vaccine, which contain an inactivated virus that is incapable of actually causing polio.

While the oral vaccine did help some, it gained strength to the point that it can now cause paralysis in the same way as the wild disease. Polio, of which there are three distinct strains that each requires a different vaccine, is known to spread through contaminated food or water, and is most common to strike children under 5. The highly infectious disease has a 0.5 per cent change of leading to paralysis, but it can also lead to death when breathing muscles are crippled.

In April 2016, organizations around the world pulled the vaccines that contained all three strains of the polio virus. It was replaced by a new vaccine for Types 1 and 3. If a Type 2 virus were to pop up, as a rogue, the plan was to quickly attack the outbreak, with the expectation that Type 2 vaccine polio would eventually die out relatively quickly.

Jason Kenney open to more lawsuits against federal government following “unconstitutional” throne speech

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says the federal government’s latest throne speech lays out an unconstitutional agenda and he’s prepared to take the feds back to court over it.

Kenney committed to “go to the wall” for the Canadian constitution Thursday morning in response to a question from True North’s Andrew Lawton.

“If the prime minister and the government proceed as announced in the throne speech yesterday, are there future lawsuits against them that you can anticipate based on the policies they’ve proposed that you think are not constitutional,” asked Lawton.

“Absolutely, undoubtedly,” said Kenney. “If they go in the direction they articulated in the throne speech yesterday, we will go to the wall to defend the Canadian constitution.”

Arab/Islamic Racism: Ethiopian Migrants Are Being Beaten, Starved In Crowded Saudi Arabian Detention Centers: ‘We Are Treated Like Animals and Beaten Every Day’

An Ethiopian official believes approximately 16,000 migrants are being held in a Saudi Arabian detention center near Mecca.

Ethiopian Consul General Abdo Yassin made the stunning estimation last week during an interview with the Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation.

 

“Jeddah has over 53 prisons. Ethiopians are held in every one of them,” Yassin said. “If you take the one at Al Shumaisi…located around 60km from Jeddah, there are about 16,000 Ethiopians kept in the prison and the holding cells.”

 

Yassin’s commentary came after the Telegraph published an expose featuring interviews from Ethiopian detainees. The migrants were able to speak to the British publication through smuggled cellphones.

 

The victims claim they are barely fed and are forced to live in filth.

“We eat a tiny piece of bread in the day and rice in the evening. There’s almost no water, and the toilets are overflowing. It spills over to where we eat,” one man told The Telegraph. “The smell, we grow accustomed to. But there’s over a hundred of us in a room, and the heat is killing us.”

Many of them have been in the center since April. When the COVID-19 pandemic started in March, Saudi officials became concerned about Ethiopians spreading the disease since they often lived in crowded areas.

The Saudi Arabian government deported 3,000 people in early April and were preparing to get rid of 200,000 more before international pressure caused a moratorium. The detention centers were their next solution.

The migrants also used the phone to take pictures of the squalid conditions they live in. The photos show dozens of emaciated men packed into a small room and bruises on two men’s backs. The trauma has resulted in death, some from suicide and others from disease and heat stroke.

“It’s hell in here. We are treated like animals and beaten every day,” said a man identified as Abebe. “If I see that there is no escape, I will take my own life. Others have already. My only crime is leaving my country in search of a better life. But they beat us with whips and electric cords as if we were murderers.”

The Ethiopian government began repatriating people in early September. Reuters reports they hope to bring home 2000 people, mostly women and children, by mid-October. However, government officials reportedly tried to prevent the migrants from speaking out about their plight, per The Telegraph. Additionally, some migrants claim they have been subjected to strip searches and beating since the abuse was publicized.
