Mystical Nonsense In The Church of the Nazarene

In the good old days, Nazarenes focused on bringing the Gospel to the Roman Catholics and introducing them to the real Jesus. My dad, a former Roman Catholic, used to travel on muleback through the mountains of Cape Verde, to preach the Gospel to Catholics. Now, the Church of the Nazarene is focused on incorporating the practices, rituals and traditions of a false religion, and calling them our brothers and sisters to boot! It’s quite amazing to watch.

One of the many cancers afflicting the Church of the Nazarene is the fascination with Roman Catholic and Eastern mysticism practices. 2013 Movie called “Chink” featuring a half-Asian actor named Jason Tobin (who looks fully Asian); plays a character who is obsessed with blonde women, hates Asians, and goes on a murder spree against Asian males

"I'm not racist, my wife is Asian!" What it's actually like looking Asian with a far-right, anti-feminist white father, and a self-loathing Asian mother who hoped for privileged "white, blue eyed babies." An appraisal of fetishes and self-hatred.

The actor, Jason Tobin, has a white father and Asian mother and looks distinctly Asian – as most half Asians with white fathers and Asian mothers do, despite our parents being aggressively intent on demonizing the Asian male appearance in a desperate attempt to feel “normal” and escape the low status, perpetually-mocked “curse” of Asianness (especially when it’s on the wrong gender – a man – since being Asian, to westerners, pretty much just is boiled down to the fetishization of the women and barring that is entirely useless). Again, I’m not the one making this stuff is – this is how most Asians in the west feel and behave.
