Fifth-grader takes out restraining order against elementary school teacher who ‘stalked’ him and sent him ‘I love you’ texts

Texas teacher has been slapped with a restraining order after allegedly ‘stalking’ a middle-school student and bombarding him with ‘I love you’ texts.

Vanessa Suarez-Arispe from Denton, Texas, reportedly began inappropriately contacting the fifth grader after tutoring him after school in September 2017.

According to court documents, Suarez-Arispe bought the boy a pre-paid cellphone which she used to contact him several times per day.

She would send daily text messages saying ‘Good morning,’ ‘Good night’ and ‘I love you’, the Denton Record-Chronicle reports.

Local media reports that Suarez-Arispe, who runs her own tutoring business, would contact the fifth-grader while he was in school, try to arrange meet-ups, and show up at his home unannounced.
