UK: Muslim man threatens Muslim woman for wearing Western clothing

Mohammed Amin appointed himself the Sharia police in Sadiq Khan’s multicultural London. Khan has been cracking down on “Islamophobic hate speech” on the internet while actual crime soars. And now Amin felt free in Khan’s London to threaten a woman for not abiding by the Sharia dress code.

Today he was sentenced to an 18 month community order after being convicted of two counts of racially/religiously aggravated Section 4 Public Order Act offences against NHS staff on February 7.

This light sentence will likely not faze Amin, as he was acting upon the Islamic mandate that women must cover up (Quran 24:31, 33:59). That this kind of thing is happening now in London is a manifestation of the fecklessness of Western leaders, who are to blame for their tolerance of the intolerable, all in the name of “diversity” and “multiculturalism.”

Police are urging Muslim women who have been intimidated or threatened for wearing western clothing to come forward.

Detectives have made the appeal after a man was today sentenced for threatening a female worker at a health centre in Bromley-By-Bow because of the way she was dressed.

Snaresbrook Crown Court heard Mohammed Amin also hurled abuse at a doctor he believed was a Christian and threatened him with violence if he was reported to police.

The 37-year-old, from Walthamstow, entered St Andrew’s Health Centre and gave a note to the Muslim worker stating that she was not following the Islamic dress code.

When her colleague confronted him he made threats towards the woman he gave the note to before targeting the doctor.

Bulgaria’s deputy central bank governor resigns

SOFIA (Reuters) – Bulgaria’s deputy central bank governor in charge of banking supervision, Dimitar Kostov, will offer his resignation to parliament, the central bank said in a statement on Friday.

Kostov, 61, appointed to the post in July 2015, said intensive work at his department over the past years meant he wanted to step down in the middle of his mandate last year but delayed it due to Bulgaria’s plans to seek entry in the euro zone’s ERM-2 mechanism and the EU’s banking union.

“Today, when we have established very good communication with the European Central Bank … there is the possibility to withdraw,” the central bank quoted Kostov as saying.

Bulgaria hopes to join the banking union and the two-year obligatory waiting room for adopting the euro in July.
