Romania’s main ruling party wants to raise taxes on domestic gas production favoring imports from Russia

Romania’s main ruling party, PSD, proposed in the parliament an amendment that will increase the taxes paid by local gas producers, a move that favors imports from Russia, according to experts.

According to this proposal, the supplementary tax paid by domestic producers for the natural gas extracted in Romania will be calculated according to the trading prices of the hub from CEGH Vienna.

The amendment was already voted in the Industry and Services committee of the lower chamber of Romanian parliament, according to

The two major gas producers in Romania, Romgaz and OMV Petrom, are paying since 2013 the tax on supplementary revenues based on the real price of gas in Romania.

This new measure will increase the tax burden on the local gas producers and will favor the imports from Russia, experts say.

“Linking the taxes of the oil and gas sector to the Vienna Stock Exchange is a big mistake! Such a decision generates price increases and falls in domestic production – and import growth from Russia. No other country in the world does that,” said Razvan Nicolescu, a former Energy minister.

Is The Canadian Human Rights Commission Discriminatory?



In the news this past week, we read that the Divisional Court has just refused to overturn the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario decision ordering a Toronto landlord to pay an astounding $12,000 for violating the religious rights of his Muslim tenants.

In 2015, Rebel Media’s Ezra Levant came  under fire for calling the Alberta Human Rights Commission ‘crazy’ for a  case similar to the one below: “A Czech immigrant had failed the provincial engineering exam three times, so he complained to the commission that the exam was “discriminatory.” In a shocking ruling, it agreed and ordered Alberta’s engineering profession to lower its standards and pay the complainer $10,000.”

New study finds transgenderism is contagious among the young


On August 16, 2018, the peer-reviewed PLoS One journal published the findings of a study by Brown University behavior and social sciences professor Lisa Littman on the social contagion of “gender dysphoria” among adolescents and young adults.

Gender dysphoria is defined as an individual’s persistent discomfort with their biological sex or assigned gender.

From the article’s Abstract:

In on-line forums, parents have been reporting that their children are experiencing what is described here as “rapid-onset gender dysphoria,” appearing for the first time during puberty or even after its completion. The onset of gender dysphoria seemed to occur in the context of belonging to a peer group where one, multiple, or even all of the friends have become gender dysphoric and transgender-identified during the same timeframe. Parents also report that their children exhibited an increase in social media/internet use prior to disclosure of a transgender identity.

Littman found two striking phenomena:

  1. An association and likely causal relationship between mental/developmental disorder and gender dysphoria: As many as 62.5% of the adolescent and young adults in Littman’s survey had been diagnosed with at least one mental health disorder or neurodevelopmental disability prior to the onset of their gender dysphoria.
  2. Gender dysphoria contagion: In 36.8% of friendship groups with one or more so-called transgenders, the majority of the group’s members who had not been gender dysphoric in their childhood became transgenders.

Littman gave some examples of sudden-onset gender dysphoria contagion:

  • A 14-year-old girl and three of her female friends were taking group lessons together with a very popular coach. The coach came out as transgender, and, within one year, all four students announced they were also transgender.
  • Another 14-year-old girl is part of a friend group that spends much of their time talking about gender and sexuality. After three girls in the group all announced they were trans boys and chose similar masculine names, the 14-year-old girl also announced that she was a trans boy.

Joy Pullmann reports for The Federalist that Littman’s “study was quickly yanked from Brown’s news releases after a transgender activist feeding frenzy, and the journal it was published in is reconsidering the publication.”

The dean of Brown University’s School of Public Health, Bess Marcus, issued this apology:

Brown community members express[ed] concerns that the conclusions of the study could be used to discredit efforts to support transgender youth and invalidate the perspectives of members of the transgender community.

The spirit of free inquiry and scholarly debate is central to academic excellence. At the same time, we believe firmly that it is also incumbent on public health researchers to listen to multiple perspectives and to recognize and articulate the limitations of their work.

Sudden-onset gender-dysphoria contagion would account for the rapid recent growth in “transgenders” and transgender treatment centers in the UK and the United States:

  • In the UK, the National Health Service has seen an increase of 700% over the past 5 years in transgender referrals and children wanting to change genders. (Daily Mail)

Here’s another example of gender dysphoria contagion.

Dorothy Stringer School is a secondary school in Brighton, East Sussex, England, with about 1,600 students, ages 11 to 16. The school is praised by Tatlermagazine as “the coolest state secondary in town” for its “liberal vibe” and for having the “perfect balance between work and fun”.

As reported by the UK Daily Mail on November 25, 2018, a recent council survey found that Dorothy Stringer School has the highest number of gender dysphoric students of any school in the UK:

  • 76 students at Dorothy Stringer are gender dysphoric.
  • Of those, 40 do not identify with their sex at birth, 36 say they are “gender fluid”.

Given Dorothy Springer’s total student enrollment of 1,650 (according to Clash Daily), 76 gender dysphoric students mean 4.6% of the school’s students are transgender or “gender fluid” — a much higher percentage than the percentage of transgenders in the general population. A 2016 study by UCLA’s Williams Institute, using CDC data, found that only 0.6% of U.S. adults identify as transgender.

A Brighton teacher said: “What’s happening is worrying and many of us know it, but nobody wants to speak up and get shot.”

Bulgaria eyes stake in planned LNG terminal in Alexandroupoli

Sofia plans to take a minority stake in a liquified natural gas (LNG) terminal near Greece’s northern city of Alexandroupoli, Bulgarian Energy Minister Temenouzhka Petkova has said, according to reports.

In comments made earlier this week, Petkova reportedly said that LNG offers Bulgaria an opportunity for further diversification of natural gas supplies, on top of the one billion cubic metres of gas from Azerbaijan, for which the Balkan state signed a contract several years ago.

“When we talk about the Greece-Bulgaria [gas] inter-connector, we must note the importance of another opportunity for diversification of gas deliveries and that is our participation in the Alexandroupoli terminal,” Petkova was quoted by the Independent Balkan News Agency (IBNA) as saying.

“It is a project of extreme importance to the entire region. It is in full synergy with the Greece-Bulgaria inter-connector and that is why the Bulgarian government discussed the prospect and took the decision to participate in this project as a shareholder, so that we have the opportunity for gas deliveries from various LNG sources, including the US, Qatar and Algeria,” she said, according to the report.

Islamic conquest continuing in Canada

Islam now is the second largest religion in Canada with a total Muslim population of around 1.5 million. The number is increasing geometrically and according to statistics, the size of Muslim population in Canada may cross 15 percent of the total population by 2030. The most Muslim populated areas in Canada are Greater Toronto and Greater Montreal. Just remember, in 1991, the Muslim population in Canada was 0.9 percent of the total population. Almost every Muslim country in the world has sent immigrants to Canada – from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Albania, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Somalia, Lebanon, Libya, Tunisia, Oman, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, Yemen, Bangladesh, Maldives and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The fertility rate for Muslims in Canada is higher than the rate for other Canadians (an average of 2.4 children per woman for Muslims, compared with 1.6 children per woman for other populations in Canada). Due to rise in the Muslim population, number of mosques and madnassa (Islamic seminary) are increasing with mostly funding from the Arab nations. According to strategists, rise of Islam already is posing potential threat to non-Muslim Canadians, especially Jews and Christians. Muslim dominance has also been increasing significantly in the country.

In my opinion, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which guarantees freedom of religious expression is working as a shield to Muslims in growing the size of the Muslim population at the same time getting involved in radical Islamic activities, conversion of non-Muslims into Islam and even taking part into radical Islamic terrorism.

Hijab and burqa culture:

Under Section 2(a) of the Charter, the wearing of Islamic attires such as hijab is permitted in schools and places of work, although Quebec has ruled that medical faculties are not required to accommodate Muslim women who wish to be served by female employees. In 2011, the Harper government attempted to ban the niqab during citizenship ceremonies. In 2015, the Federal Court of Appeal ruled against the ban, and the Supreme Court turned down the government’s appeal.

Rise of Islam in Canada:

Let us not forget, four years after Canada’s founding in 1867, the 1871 Canadian Census found just 13 European Muslims among the population. A great number of Bosniaks (from Bosnia) went to Ameican soil; some came before the First World War. The first Muslim organization in Canada was registered in 1934 in Regina, Saskatchewan, consisting of immigrants from Lebanon. The first Canadian mosque was constructed in Edmonton in 1938, when there were approximately 700 European Muslims in the country. This building now is a part of the museum at Fort Edmonton Park. The years after the Second World War, Canada saw an increase in the Muslim population. However, Muslim still was a distinct religious minority. It was only after the removal of European immigration preferences in the late 1960s and early 1970s that Muslims began to arrive like tidal waves in a significant numbers.

Bosniaks were the initiators and one of the main participants in founding of all first mosques in Toronto. First mosque, out of which the three oldest mosques in Toronto came were founded by Bosniaks and Albanians in 1968. The first mosque in Toronto was named Jami Mosque (56 Boustead Ave. Toronto). Later, with the initiatives of Professor Qadeer Baig  of University of Toronto, it was purchased by Asian Muslims, while Albanians and Bosniaks later founded their own mosques: Albanian Muslim Society of Toronto on 564 Annette St. and Bosanska džamija (Bosnian Mosque) at Bosnian Islamic Centre.

The first Madressa (Islamic seminary) in North America; Al-Rashid Islamic Institute  was established in Cornwall, Ontario in 1983 and has graduates that are Hafiz (Quran) and Ulama. The Seminary was established by Maulana Mazhar Alam, originally from Bihar, India, under the direction of his teacher the leading Indian Tablighi scholar Muhammad Zakariya Kandhlawi and focuses on the traditional Hanafi school of thought. Due to its proximity to the US border city of Massena the school has historically had a high ratio of US students. Their most prominent graduate Shaykh Muhammad Al Shareef completed his Hifz in the early 1990s then went on to form the Al Maghrib Institute.

Charity status of a number of mosques were stripped off by the Canadian authorities because many of the guest speakers were misogynistic, homophobic, and racist and promoted radical Islamic militancy. But, during past several years, especially after Justin Trudeau became the Prime Minister, Islam and Muslims in Canada have found an advantageous situation as Trudeau is heavily inclined towards appeasing radical Islam and even jihad. Since then, Canada in fact has turned into a breeding ground of radical Islam while a large number of ISIS and even Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, Al Shabab terrorists are getting shelter in Canada.

Muslims in Canada although are “very proud” to be Canadian, they have started considering the non-Muslims, particularly Christians and Jews as their arch rivals. More than half the Muslim population in Canada dream of establishing Sharia rule in that country thus “bringing Canada under the flag of Islam.”

Its not love – its Jihad!

In the recent years, there is a growing tendency in the Canadian Muslims in marrying non-Muslim girls and boys (or males and females) thus getting them converted into Islam. In all of such cases, Muslim males and females enjoy huge encouragement and patronization from their families as they considering such conversions as a noble task. Young Muslim boys and girls are injected radical Islamic indoctrinations as well as provocations in attracting non-Muslim males and females as their romantic partners. They consider such romantic relations as jihad.

Destroying the non-Muslim society:

As part of master plan, Muslims, particularly those from Afghanistan and Pakistan are increasingly getting involved into trafficking in narcotics into Canada. They even do some “sacrifices” in the wholesale or retail prices of such drugs with the dangerous agenda of getting larger number of customers. Their targets are non-Muslims. Drug dealers consider this as a holy task. I call it – narco jihad.

Huge patronization from the Arab nations:

Muslim NGOs and mosques receive huge amount of fund (declared as well as discreet) mostly from the Arab countries. To my knowledge, major stake of this donation comes from Jakat (Islamic charity) fund, which again amounts to hundreds of millions of dollars. As Zakat is based on income and the value of all of one’s possessions, and it is customarily 2.5 percent (of a Muslim’s total savings and wealth above a minimum amount known as nisab), the total amount of Zakat only from the oil-rich Arab nations would stand at few billion dollars. Donors prefer giving this mandatory charity mostly to Islamic seminary (madrassa). They also can give Zakat fund to various Islamic publication and media projects. Meaning, most of these mosques and Islamic seminaries would have no financial constraints. To my knowledge, several Islamic television channels are running with the Zakat fund and it is anticipated that such broadcast jihad would further expand in the years to come.

Is Canada heading towards total Islamization?

My reply unfortunately is affirmative. While radical Islam is growing and expanding like bonfire under huge patronization of the Muslims, including the Muslim philanthropists, there really is no such effective measure taken by the non-Muslims in empowering the anti-Islam establishments. Rather, there is clear lethargy amongst the non-Muslim individuals and groups in extending wholehearted support to groups and individuals who actually are working with a noble goal of saving Canada from being totally Islamized. This is extremely unfortunate and even worrisome – but this is the reality that exists around us.

Can’t Take No For An Answer: Jonathan Yaniv Files 16 Human Rights Complaints Against Women Who Don’t Want To Wax His Balls

According to GQ magazine, there are two types of “Bro-zilian” or Male Brazilian wax options:

“…completely smooth, or hairless on the testicles, between the butt cheeks, and surrounding bikini area while leaving more “natural” looking growth above. This may be due to the fact that, according to a survey done by Advanced Dermatology, 88% of men are influenced by what they see in pornography.”

This hair removal procedure requires extensive contact with the genitals of the male customer. More from GQ:

“Please be aware: getting a Bro-zillian means that an esthetician will very much be touching your penis and testicles, probably for an extended period of time and moving and holding your parts and pulling them taught and holding them down and much more. This is a non-negotiable.”

There are dozens of aestheticians in the female-dominated body waxing industry who service (or specialize in) providing intimate body waxing procedures to male clients in the Vancouver area. A quick google search will immediately provide access to this service.

But that isn’t how Canadian ‘TrustedNerd’ blogger Jonathan Yaniv looked for a service provider.

Instead, Yaniv searched Facebook, seeking out various working-class women who discussed performing waxing services on their own personal pages. He found a woman, Shelah Poyer, a single mother who performed waxing services in her own home for the women on her friend’s list. He messaged her out of the blue, requesting an intimate wax of his genitals in her private home. She responded, “Not for men, sorry”.

Jonathan Yaniv contacted her again.  “I’m actually female,” he replied. “I transitioned a while ago”. She ignored him. He allegedly contacted her over and over again.

Next, Jonathan Yaniv searched online for information about the woman and located a spa which had used her services in the past. He contacted them, repeatedly, looking for her and demanding that she service his genitals, until the receptionist told him she would call the police if he called again. “He called the salon twice more in spite of the receptionist’s warning that if he called again, she would call the police.

Shelah Poyer’s boyfriend then contacted Jonathan Yaniv on Facebook and warned him that the police would be involved if Yaniv continued to stalk and harass his girlfriend via the internet and at her employers.

From the National Post:

“Please stop harassing my gf or we will take further action (police) she explained to you what she does and does not do. Do not call her work again and don’t bother messaging me back. Get a life when someone says no move on.”

[Jonathan Yaniv] wrote back saying all [he] had done was inquire about a service that was advertised and asked what Poyer’s availability was.

“You did harass her over and over she didn’t respond and you call her work get a f—— life,” Paradis replied. “I’ll be posting about you on my own account. I have all the proof of harassment. “

Rather than desist in his behavior, Jonathan Yaniv avoided charges for harassment and stalking by using the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal to escalate his harassment and pursue his prey by using the tribunal as his official proxy.

He claimed that Shelah Poyer in her home, and also her (apparently now defunct) employer discriminated against his protected status under the British Columbia legal definition of ‘Gender Identity’.  Her refusal to wax his ass, balls, and the area surrounding his penis discriminated against his rights as a male, on the grounds that recognizing his male sex infringed on his own “sense of himself” as female.

British Columbia defines ‘Gender Identity’ as “a person’s sense of themselves”. Specifically:

“Gender identity is a person’s sense of themselves as male, female, both, in between or neither. It includes people who identify as transgender. Gender identity may be different or the same as the sex a person is assigned at birth.”

British Columbia also considers “sex” a protected characteristic. Sex is defined somewhat incoherently as:

“Sex includes being a man, woman, inter-sexed or transgender. It also includes pregnancy, breast-feeding and sexual harassment.”

Can British Columbia protect a woman like Shelah Poyer from the sexual harassment of a man like Jonathan Yaniv who targets her specifically on the basis that she prefers not to handle male genitals for pay? Or does his declared “sense of himself as female” not only override her rights to protection from sexual harassment, but also subject her to prosecution from the state as an enforcement agent of Jonathan Taniv’s belief that his “sense of himself” requires women to touch his genitals against their will?

An early clue to the way this was likely to play out came when the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal upheld Jonathan Yaniv’s desire to press charges against Shelah Porter anonymously. There is no rational basis for this decision. Apparently Jonathan claimed a “right” to be closeted as a “transwoman”. Yet as seen in the screencaps on this page, Jonathan is “out” publicly as an individual who identifies as transgender. He uses the name “Jonathan (Jessica) Taniv” on his professional internet accounts, and refers to himself with female pronouns in his work bio.
