Gov’t eyes stipulating emperor’s post-abdication title in bill

The Japanese government is considering stipulating a new title and position for Emperor Akihito in a bill to be drawn up to allow the 82-year-old monarch to abdicate given the current imperial affairs law does not provide for such a possibility, a government source said.

How the current emperor would be addressed and what his status would be after retirement will be worked out in detail after discussions by a panel set up by the government to tackle issues regarding his potential abdication, the source said. The panel will hold its first session on Oct 17.

The establishment of the panel and the move to enact a special law follow the emperor’s suggestion in a rare video message to the public in August that he wishes to abdicate in the future.

The emperor, who ascended the throne in 1989, voiced concern that he could one day become unable to fulfill his constitutional role as the symbol of the state and of the unity of the Japanese people because of his advanced age.

The government is eyeing special legislation to enable the current emperor’s abdication amid concern that a permanent provision could raise the possibility of a monarch being pushed to abdicate under political pressure.

To ensure its one-time nature, a proposal is being floated for the special law to state the exact date when the emperor will abdicate, according to the source.

Currently, only posthumous succession is effectively allowed under the 1947 Imperial House Law, although the crown prince can be appointed as a regent if an emperor becomes incapacitated.

As a result, amending the imperial law or the enactment of special legislation will be necessary to enable the aging emperor to abdicate. The government of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is leaning against amending the imperial law, a process many observers say would be complex and time-consuming.

Public opinion has been overwhelmingly supportive of allowing the emperor to abdicate.

While the Imperial House Law contains a provision regarding the composition of the imperial family, it makes no reference to the title or position of a retired emperor.

Historically, retired emperors took such titles as “daijo tenno” (retired sovereign), abbreviated as “joko.” Those who became Buddhist priests after their retirement assumed the title of “daijo hoo” (priestly retired sovereign), abbreviated to “hoo.”

Other legal issues that must be addressed include the residence for a retired emperor and staff arrangements.

Enacting a special law to enable an emperor to abdicate is viewed as unconstitutional by some legal experts, as Article 2 of the Constitution stipulates that the imperial throne shall be “succeeded to in accordance with the Imperial House Law.”

The government panel will meet several times a month and listen to experts on the imperial household system and constitutional scholars. Their discussions may continue into next year.

U.K: B.B.C Pedophile ring: British radio DJ linked with Jimmy Saville and Gary Glitter jailed for 13 years

Disgraced former British Radio 1 DJ Chris Denning has been jailed for 13 years for child sex abuse and even “offered” one boy to another BBC presenter.

The prolific paedophile, 75, used his fame to groom and sexually assault dozens of young victims in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.

He took some of the boys to London on several occasions and introduced them to other celebrities, including Gary Glitter.

Denning, one of Radio 1’s founding presenters, was sentenced to a total of 13 years’ imprisonment at Southwark Crown Court for abusing 11 boys, some as young as eight.

Judge Alistair McCreath said the effect on the victims, now grown men, has been “devastating”.

He described the offences as “utterly depraved”, and added: “It is not to be forgotten that all of this suffering was inflicted by you for nothing other than your own selfish pleasure.’

Denning previously pleaded guilty to 21 sexual offences, including indecent assault and inciting boys to commit acts of gross indecency.

He is already serving a 13-year jail sentence for a catalogue of sexual assaults against 24 victims, including one allegedly at Jimmy Savile’s house.

Judge McCreath ordered that the latest sentence will start from today.

Tony Wadsworth, 68, and his wife Julie, 58, are the recent BBC stars facing charges with sex-offences against four children.

The duo will be appearing before Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on May 11.

Between 1996 and 1999 the Leicestershire residents are accused of committing the offences in Atherstone.

Mr and Mrs Wadsworth also present shows on BBC Radio Leicester and BBC WM in Birmingham.

A BBC spokesman asserts ”both presenters have been removed from the air” while investigations ensue.

He said: “We understand the charges do not relate to their conduct or position at the BBC”.

Mr Wadsworth faces five counts of inciting a boy under the age of 16 to commit an act of gross indecency.

Mrs Wadsworth’s charges include seven counts of inciting a boy under the age of 16 to commit an act of gross indecency.

They both also face one count each of committing an act outraging public decency.

The BBC’s pedophile portfolio also lists TV and radio presenter Stuart Hall whose conviction of sexual offences occurred in 2013 and 2014.

Another convict on twelve counts of indecent assault is veteran BBC entertainer Rolf Harris in 2014.

Jill Nando was the first person to alert BBC authorities of a pedophile ring within the company but she was murdered in front of her apartment on April 26, 1999.

DEATH THREATS to Canadian journalists for reporting on Muslim sex attacks on high schools girls

There is a story unfolding in Canada that should be on the front page of every newspaper not just in Canada, but all over the West. But it’s not which is, in and of itself, a major story.

The Mississauga Gazette published an article, “Bonnie’s Muslims Are Molesting Teenage Girls in Mississauga High Schools” [scroll down].

This is not new. We have seen these attacks everywhere with large Muslim populations, like Mississauga. The UK is rife with thousands of Muslim child sex trafficking gangs and reports of mass sexual attacks across Europe in the wake of the Muslim invasion are rampant. As are the cover-ups. Canada is following the same suicidal path.

This website’s readers are long familiar with Mississauga, home of Aqsa Parvez, who was honor murdered by her father and brother for her refusal to wear the hijab. Atlas readers contributed to a memorial grove in her name (and the victims of honor killings worldwide).

Instead of issuing an investigation of the sex attacks on minor infidel girls, the craven Mississauga mayor Bonnie Crombie a filed hate crime complaint against paper. Muslims have issued numerous death threats, The journalist quit. The article was pulled by the publisher who declared it “public domain” and called for those who stand in defense of freedom to reprint it.

It’s the death, the murder, of free speech. Speech that is offensive to some must not be curtailed, but protected. If speech that offends a group is outlawed, that group has absolute power, and a free society is destroyed. A group that cannot be criticized cannot be opposed. It can work its will no matter what it is, and no one will be able to say anything to stop it.

And that is what is happening.

Here is the original article:

Europe’s Muslim Rapists Are Here Mississauga, What Are You Going To Do About It?

 Article Originally From
We knew it had to happen. Our dear Mayor Bonnie Crombie was purchased in 2015 by the Meadowvale Islamic Centre owners and she, because of her love of their money and her narcissism run amok, is converting Mississauga into a dangerous Islamic war zone, and she wants us to be happy about it.

For those of you who don’t know, Bonnie Crombie and her convicted criminal husband have a gay son between them. As a huge supporter of the LGBT community as the Gazette is, we have incredible reservations about the influx of Islam into Canada and the GTA, as any true follower of Islam wants gay people dead.

You heard me correctly. Bonnie Crombie is helping convert Mississauga to Islam so that they can kill her son just for being gay. Now, we know her family, and her gay son. He is not a good gay, in any way. He is whiny, rude and has no independence of any kind. Gay males have an innate ability to become independent at very young ages and are often men long before their straight counterparts.

This boy however needs mommy mayor to wipe his nose for him, and perhaps other areas too.

However, I am not here to insult the mayor’s family, I am here to tell you that our mayor’s misguided need to have Muslim money in her pocket is going to destroy your family.

I took a call this morning from the father of a grade 10 girl at Rick Hanson Secondary School in Mississauga whose daughter is now the victim of Muslim boys doing what they do best.

When you import a culture that is adamant in following the rules and guidelines set forth 1400 years ago by a child-rapist the only thing that you can achieve is the destruction of your own nation, and congratulations Bonnie, you have started Mississauga’s downfall by pledging allegiance to money and humanity’s worst enemy.

Robert as he been asked to be named has blonde daughter who is a victim of Bonnie Crombie and her Muslims and has been since she started school in grade 9. Muslim boys grope her, rub on her and push her when she rejects the advances.

She has been called ‘slut’ close to every day of her Mississauga high-school life by Muslim boys and the school, as is true Canada wide, has done nothing about it from day one. All any sadistic and misogynistic Muslim boy or parent has to do is shout the word “racist” at the principal and she’ll back down. Your children’s safety will never be considered when cowards would rather keep their jobs than do their jobs.

Naturally, the school has refused to comment, naturally.

Well Mississauga, if you want the truth you are going to have to take the law into your own hands, and most likely soon. The Mayor is importing more Muslims, they give her more money, so she imports more Muslims and the vicious cycle of new clothes, makeup and nails for Bonnie will equate to dead daughters for you.

Remember, your leaders have failed you and worse, they have sold you out to a culture that wants you dead for no reason of any value. Please Mississauga, please put all of your daughters into serious martial arts training. Make sure the training includes eye-gouging, genital destruction and knife-fighting. It is now time that you send your girls to school armed with weapons that can be hidden well and end a rape in seconds, because Bonnie won’t rest until all girls in Mississauga are victims of rich rapists.

Thank you Bonnie, thank you for making the streets that were safe into the stuff that nightmares are made of.

Chalk Up Two More Cop Killings to Black Lives Matter Terrorists

What happens when you refer to police as “terrorists” and advocate killing them?

You inspire a John Felix, whose father told a neighbor his son wanted to shoot police just minutes before the 26-year-old Palm Springs resident suddenly pulled a gun and murdered two police officers.

ABC News:

In the minutes before three Palm Springs officers were shot, two fatally, the suspected gunman’s father told a neighbor his son was armed, “acting crazy” and wanted to shoot police.John Felix, 26, was apprehended early Sunday after a lengthy standoff and faces charges including two counts of murder on a peace officer.

Police said Felix suddenly pulled out a gun and opened fire on the officers who had responded to a family disturbance call Saturday afternoon at the home in a quiet neighborhood of this desert resort city.

A neighbor, Frances Serrano, told The Associated Press that the suspect’s panicked father, Santos Felix, said his son, an admitted gang member, had a gun.

“My son is inside and we’re scared, he’s acting crazy,” Serrano said the older Felix told her. When it was suggested they call the police he said, “Yeah, he already knows they are coming, and he is going to shoot them.”

Serrano said she went back inside her house and within minutes police cars arrived and gunfire erupted.

Palm Springs police Chief Bryan Reyes identified the slain officers as Jose “Gil” Gilbert Vega and Lesley Zerebny.

Zerebny, 27, had been with the department for about 18 months and recently returned from maternity leave after giving birth to a daughter. Vega, a married father of eight, was a 35-year veteran who planned to retire in December. He had been working overtime Saturday on his scheduled day off.

The wounded officer’s name was not released.

Police arrested Felix, who was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening.

Reyes indicated police had had previous dealings with the suspect, but declined to elaborate.

Court records show Felix is a gang member who was previously sentenced to four years in prison in a failed murder plot in 2009. Documents cited by the Desert Sun newspaper ( reveal Felix was charged with attempted murder but pleaded down to assault with a firearm and admitted his gang connection.

Documents also show Felix was the subject of a forceful arrest three years ago at the same house where Saturday’s shootings occurred.

Felix is exactly the kind of thug that would be inspired by the BLM chant “Pigs in a blanket; fry’em like bacon,” which was heard during several BLM demonstrationsand protests over the last year. In addition to constantly referring to police as “terrorists,” BLM members have accused police of deliberately targeting black men for death.

This kind of incendiary rhetoric has consequences, as we’ve seen in Dallas and elsewhere. Emotions are already running high in black communities across the country and BLM is only throwing gasoline on the fire with their exaggerated, hysterical rhetoric.
